EXECUTIVE CHEF
Executive Chef Kenny Huang, co-founder of NECTAR, was born and raised on his family farm in Heshan County, Guangdong, China. He grew up admiring his mother’s passion for cooking, which had a key role in his deciding to embark his culinary career. Upon his arrival in the United States, his personal love of cooking further developed as he began working as a restaurant chef under the direction of his business partner, Michael Wei.
His appreciation of farm-fresh ingredients grew bountifully when he joined the team at NECTAR. He held a longtime position as NECTAR’s Chef de Cuisine and worked side-by-side with former Executive Chef Patrick Feury. Together, this dynamic duo created a uniquely diverse menu, combining classic Asian cuisine with contemporary French and western cuisines.
Chef Kenny’s mission is to maintain the quality and consistency of NECTAR’s fine and select menu, while his love and passion for cooking further fuels his ingenuity and brilliance to form ideas for new dishes to offer his patrons.
